We ship to government law enforcement officers and government law enforcement agencies in all 50 states and to civilians in 47 states. We do not sell or ship to civilians in HI, NY or RI. Purchasers including off duty law enforcement officers are responsible for knowing the TASER Laws in your area. For example, IL requires a FOID card and Washinton DC requires a permit. We do not ship outside the USA. We confirm and verify law enforcement identity, and/or facilitate the background check for every order. Before selling or transferring ownership of your privately owned TASER CEW you are advised to also perform a TASER® Background Check of the new owner to limit your liability and to keep a record of your registration transfer to the manufacturer Axon, formerly known as TASER International, Inc.
